MAKES:

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO MAKE PIZZA:
1 package of Hand + Heart Gluten Free Bread/Pizza Mix
1 1/2 cups warm water (about 110ºF)
2 TBS granulated sugar
¼ cup olive oil
2 tsp apple cider or rice vinegar
2 eggs
Yeast packets (included in mix)
EGG FREE DOUGH:
Omit eggs and increase water to 1 3/4 cup.

We have a favorite pizza restaurant here that has a really good gluten-free pizza, what’s our dilemma? It’s EXPENSIVE! I tried many different recipes I could find online and they all just didn’t measure up. Insert this blend… I can make TWO for the price of one from our favorite pizza restaurant and they taste even better than the restaurant what say whattt!!
