  1. Christabelle

Literally the best 1:1 ap substitute. I’ve tried many different popular brands and they either come up dense or grainy – who has time for almond flour in most when I have friends that are allergic? Nobody can tell my items are gluten-free, I can’t tell except for the fact that I don’t feel as bloated vs using regular ap flour. I will always always always recommend this to everyone I know.
