This is my first order. I received my Artisan flour today and couldn’t wait to make the bread. This bread is so delicious. Crispy on the outside and perfectly moist (not too moist) on the inside. I used my dutch oven and it was easy and came out perfectly. I might add some additional herbs next time (rosemary or thyme). I’m going to take some of this and make bruschetta to bring to my neighbor’s party tomorrow. They will have NO idea that it’s gluten free. Wish I could share a picture. Highly recommend. I will continue to purchase this. Thank you so much.
