Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425ºF
  2. Add butter in 10” cast iron pan or rectangular baking and place in the oven and melt butter.
  3. While butter is melting, add remaining ingredients in the blender and process until smooth.
  4. Pour batter into pan over melted butter.
  5. Bake for 22 – 27 minutes until puffy and edges are golden brown.
  6. Serve dusted generously with powdered sugar and maple syrup.
